Orders ship within 1-2 business days by FedEx, DHL, BlueDart etc.
Shipping from USA : currently no orders are being shipped from our U.S. location as we are out of stock due to the disruption caused by Covid-19.
Shipping from India: Orders placed within India and by our customers Internationally usually ship within 1-2 business days from the date they are placed. International Customers are responsible for duties, taxes and clearance at their country of import. Due to Covid-19 there may be shipping delays which are beyond our control. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Once a package has left our facility, its delivery is subject to the terms of the shipping company. We do not offer refunds for packages delivered later than the “guaranteed” shipping date by the shipping company.
Refund/Returns/ Cancellation policy
We don’t offer any return/refund due to covid-19 health and hygiene security concerns.
Order placed online cannot be cancelled.
Exchange of goods damaged during shipping transit?
If your P-Magic bottle is damaged during transit (shipping), please email us with pictures of the bottle immediately on receipt without opening or removing it from its transparent packaging. Please send all claims to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number. We will send you a new bottle at no extra charge and the delivery person will collect the damaged bottle subject to the following condition: the bottle is in its original packaging, is not opened and the content (the powder) is intact. We will not be able to replace the bottle if the aforementioned rule is violated due to health and security concerns during the covid-19 pandemic.
